What does it mean to register as a DRep?

Delegated Representatives (DRep) are ada holder who wants to allow other ada holders to delegated their voting power to them or who wants to vote directly (by delegating their voting power to themselves). To become a DRep you need to register as DRep with your wallet, this will submit a transaction and generate your DRep ID, which other ada holders (and yourself) can use to delegate their voting power to you.
